Memorial Bears are made in remembrance of your loved one. The bear is cloth filled and made out of a favorite article of clothing, like a favorite pair of pajamas, shirt or a house dress, that your loved one wore and that you might have a connection with.
If you would like a Memorial Bear made, you may drop the fabric at our office during office hours Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm. We will keep the fabric for a few weeks and will contact you when your bear is ready to be picked up.
These bears, made of your loved ones articles of clothing, have brought smiles to many of our family members. We hope they will do the same for you!
This service is available to everyone. There is no charge for Buena Vista patient family members. Please contact our office if you would like more information about the Memorial Bear.
